Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

Once your order has been packed and on the way to your location, an email will be sent to your registered email with all of your tracking details. All EONRIDE Ebike clients can also access these details by going to MY ACCOUNT and choosing the ORDERS menu in your online account.

Please note it can take up to 24 hours for the tracking details to update. If the Australian local warehouse does not have stock available, we will ship the product from overseas. Please note that this may result in delays in the shipping process. And the delivery time will be longer. Please contact us for delivery time.
