How long will it take to get my orders?
The delivery time depends on your location in Australia and the specific model you’ve purchased. Generally, orders shipped from our Sydney warehouse will arrive within 1-2 weeks. However, if the model you wish to purchase is out of stock, it may take up to 6 weeks for delivery. What do I need to rent or rent to own an ebike?
We currently offer rental and rent-to-own services only for customers in the Sydney area. To proceed, you will need to provide relevant documentation, including proof of identity and address. Additionally, you will need to visit our location for an in-person test ride and to sign the necessary contracts. Payment options include weekly or bi-weekly installments, allowing you to choose the plan that best suits your needs.
Is the ebike legal on the road?
Our electric bikes come with two modes that you can switch between. The first mode is the Australian legal mode, which has a maximum speed of 25 km/h and limits the motor power to 250 watts. The second mode is the off-road mode, which can reach speeds of up to 45 km/h or 65 km/h, depending on the model you purchase. Each bike is equipped with both modes, so you can switch between them as needed.
